Excellent system. It's sort of what I try to do, although I seem to fail miserably on the taking weekends off part. Definitely going to try to implement this system though, and pay extra special attention to my weekends.

BUT.. How can you NOT answer your email for 3 days? Even at night? I'm going to have to try it and see if anyone dies. :D Thanks so much for the great post!
