I haven't read the book, but recently became a fan of Zen Habits, Leo's blog. I adopted two of his tips quickly - having a list of three things to do and not having my email application always open. I was amazed how much more focused I was. Normally I was constantly changing between tasks and juggling things.

My productivity has increased, but more importantly, I feel more centered in my work.
