Sus is great, I am taking her Unravelling course at the moment and I am having a great time. Two Susannah videos this morning - one with food, one without. Maybe food for thought? I have been through her 1st Unravelling course, and am now in the midst of her 2nd course - Exploring the Senses. She has a gift for the flow of things - there is always a point where I find myself saying "Oh!" And things begin to roll. Loved her shadow answer - so, so, SO different from mine in my head, which was that a shadow means the sun is shining, and you can't beat that. Loved this.
